For the price it covered almost the entire room it's not the thickest but it does the job colors were nice and with the extra border pieces they threw in and allowed for more than just a square shape

Easy to assemble. Simple colors to help teach. My 1 year old did manage to start lifting them apart from the corners - lol

It took time for me to choose from variety of different puzzle mats. The criteria was first of all the quality, and second of all the size that covers the entire room. The particular mat meets both, puzzles are soft and light, easy to assemble. There are 6 different colors, so you could make any color variation suiting your needs.
