I don't know where to begin. First it's made of incredibly thin metal and you can't really cook anything in it.. if it's made to just steam or help shape rice into rolls, it doesn't do that either! I don't think I have one good thing to say about this product. The directions don't come in English, and even looking them up online wasn't helpful because this product simply doesn't work. There are much easier ways with less clean up to roll rice.

simple, fits well on my flat glass stove. I used it to make rice rolls for my kids every Sunday morning. My kids love the rice rolls I made. heats up fast, easy to clean because the internal racks can be taken out to clean.some small issues:1. the machine rocks on my flat glass stove when water boiled, I need to put some heavy weight on top to stop it from rocking.2. would be nice to have the 4th extra tray so that I can swap out both at once. :)Over all I am happy with my purchase.
