The first time it arrived cracked with broken piece, which I returned, and the second time it arrived in great condition. I think it’s because the first time I bought it, it arrived combined with other items, which probably didn’t help.But once we got it, it worked as intended, and it ended up being so useful. I made a mistake though putting the rice paper in the side pocket, and then filling the reservoir with hot water. The heat ended up “curling” the rice paper and some of the rice paper cracked.

I wanted this so I could make Vietnamese summer rolls and not get water dripping down my arm from trying to wet the rice wrap in a bowl. This works perfectly

Container holds water for garden roll wrappers. This product was thicker than my last container, so I’m hoping this will not crack as easy as my last purchase. Glad I bought 2 so I have as back up of more guests.
