- The throttle body design of the drive shaft features an Overmoulding process, where the metal shaft and the sector gear are molded together as one piece, resulting in high reliability.
- This throttle body output shaft utilizes a two-segment rolling bearing design, effectively reducing rotational friction resistance and preventing throttle valve sticking.
HOW DOES THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE BODY WORK?
When the driver presses the gas pedal, the accelerator pedal module converts the pedal pressure into an electric signal.
This information is used by the ECU to control the electronic throttle body, adjusting the position of the throttle plate to regulate the airflow into the engine, and subsequently controlling the engine's power and torque output.
This precise control allows for better engine performance, improved fuel efficiency, and reduced emissions.
HOW CAN I INSTALL THE THROTTLE BODY?
Step1: Get your new electrical throttle body ready.
Step2: You have to loosen the clamp and remember to unplug the electrical connection.
Step3: After that unbolt the bolts and lift the old throttle body off.
Step4: Then you can install the new throttle body using the steps opposite to the above.
