This broke on its second use and didn’t work properly on first use. Typical busy from Amazon. Can’t trust anything of importance shipped from their warehouses.

This vac is the worst, I paid over three hundred and fifty dollars for this Ridgid vac and I could not be any more disappointed in it’s suction: it’s Quiet, and I like every thing else about this Ridgid vac but hardly any suction right out of the box. Purchased in 2017 for cleaning of floors in new home before we moved in as my wife has horrible allergies and I was sure that this would be perfect given it hepa filtration, what a mistake. Used out of the box and it had almost no suction. My wife said do not ever buy any thing from this Ridgid company again. I put the vac back into the box and it sat there in a storage room until I retired this year and upon taking it back to Home Depot as I bought it on line through Home Depot I was refused any credit or exchange as I was told that it was too long since I purchased it. However the store assistant manager left me a voice mail the next day saying Home Depot wants to make their customers happy and that I could come in see her and she would authorize for me to take any shop vac that they had in stock at the store for free. “ nice jester “ on her and Home Depot’s part “ however after investigating the stores inventory I did not take them up at that time on their offer, as their inventory was meager at best. This is a large Home Depot in Salt Lake City Utah and perhaps due to the timing of this attempted return their shop vacs inventory was much depleted. I love Home Depot and thought their attempt to satisfy me in this unfortunate situation was admirable. Unfortunately due to their depleted inventory at the time I couldn’t bring myself to settle for such a loss, perhaps later when their inventory is built back to representative levels i

This vac has absolutely no power to vac up pieces of debris such as small nails, screws, or pieces of drywall. Works great for dust and fine powder but why would I want to lug around 2 huge vacuums? Such a disappointment.

Had to use this on a project at work. It works ok but did not come with all of the parts. It was missing part number VT2525 the diffuser. Would be nice to have all of the parts
