Works as should and is a great buy for the money. I purchased two of these this year. The only reason for the four stars is the one that I have opened was missing a pin for the shackle but that was no problem as I used it anyway

If you want to add some motion to the ocean (more so a river, lake, bog, etc) then this is a great option. Used it a lot last season and has held up perfectly. Super handy and packs up into the little bag and can be stored nearly anywhere you want. The only thing that could make it better may be a handle on the side of the spool for the cord to make it easier to hang onto but then it would take up more space. Either way it works great and I recommend it!

It works great I also bought the mojo decoy spreader and hooked it to it and I was able to have more movement on the water. Instead of just the standard 3 decoys I was able to hook one spreader and than an additional 2 to it also so I am able to have 6 decoys on one jerk cord.
