I love my ring cameras, and this mount makes it easier to move around as needed. I used the stick-on version since I have a lot of windows, and it has held up great! The camera itself adjusts the angle well enough, but now I can add height.

Overall, these are great mounts. They're well made adn seem like they will hold up well outside in the elements. I was a little concerned with the plastic mounting arm, but it's pretty heavy plastic so I think it will be fine. The ball joint and attachment are metal and the screw mounts and adjustments all seem relatively well made. There is plenty of adjustment capability and the tightening screws hold tight even in strong wind and rain. Overall, this is a great option for mounting outdoor cameras if you need more articulation than the included mounts provide.

If you don't want to damage a surface to mount a camera, these are what you want. They are not as theft resistant but in reality, the screw in ones aren't either. Another advantage is if you need to pivot further with the flush mounts. The flush mounts don't extend the camera out enough and the body ends up hitting the object you're mounting it to. The extended arm on these allows you to pivot probably another 20ish%

I ordered these to allow me to have a mount for my battery powered cameras that I tend to move around my home/yard. Providing for a heavy-ish plate to screw these to so the camera is more sturdy is my goal. When getting them out of the box and doing the minor assembly.... one of the swivels was clearly defective. The plastic retainer ring (hidden from view if you get an unbroken one) either was too small or otherwise defective and I couldn't get it to stay together. So, 50% of the mounts were defective - which isn't great but I only ordered a pair. The base that mounts with screws is plastic but seems sturdy enough. The adjustments seem to give good options and can be tightened in place. Mounting hardware was included (wall anchors, screws and an adhesive sheet as well. If both were ok the rating would have been higher.
