I’m 4’11 165 pounds & the large fit perfectly. Haven’t tested it out yet in sparring, but it definitely does the job so far. This is the only one I’ve found that fits properly & protects my pelvic region. I can move & use my flexibility as needed. I can stretch & warm up while feeling secure & comfortable. Stays close to my body where it needs to be. Other ones tend to be hard & a weird round shape (typically for male parts). Very thankful to have found this seller who thought of us ladies!

I didn't like the skinny leg straps on the loBloo, so I want for this. The leg straps are great, but I have a woman sized waist. I'd need an extender for this to close in back. And I got a large! Frustrating that there is no size help from the manufacturer. If I was a skinny minnie, then this would be my fave groin protection.

i'm 5"4 152lbs this xL will fit perfectly. is small on person so i recommend getting a bigger size. just measure yourself for the perfect fit.

I have been using this for over a month now and I think it works well. It definitely softens the blow when getting kicked in the groin. There is a small void in the padding over the pubic bone which helps. It is relatively comfortable, however when stretching on the ground sometimes it adds pressure in delicate parts. One of my classmates also has one and she seems to feel it offers good protection as well.
