Literally so good. The quality is delicious and it’s exactly what I’m going for when I wanted a Chai latte, the bite is perfect. Super easy to make and it’s only $7!! Worth it! I make my own yummy hot or iced lattes and depending on the day I add a shot espresso for a dirty chai 😎 and it beats getting one from a shop. I did see a local Coffee Shop in Washington use the same brand and I’m glad I found it.

I really love this concentrate. When I don’t have the time to make my own this is a great substitute. It works really well for me when I’m going on vacation too. So much easier to use then going out to get a tea every morning. Not too sweet either!

This stuff is good! The coffee & tea shop by my house isn't open wren I leave for work & I don't have enough time to make a cup every morning. This does the trick! I add a splash of water & milk for iced, or to mage it hot & warm the milk & froth it. So good! Thank you

Because taste is subjective, here's where I'm coming from as I make my way through the Gluten Free options on Amazon: I medically need to be 100% Gluten Free, now, so product labels must state that. My go-to was Tazo chai latte concentrate, but I've had some amazing authentic chai before.Upon my first sip, I was slapped in the face with the ginger flavor. It did not dissipate as I continued [I did not adjust to it]. But, I am able to take those flavors, push them aside, and notice everything else going on in the cup. The flavors of chai were actually really freakin' good! I loved the spice blend. But, the ginger is so strong, I won't be buying this again. Too bad the company doesn't offer one without [as much] ginger. I would try that in a heartbeat!

Still waiting for the 11 other containers of the chai…I have been meaning to put in a complaint and this email regarding a review came up. This was advertised as a case and I only got one container so far. Going to put in a complaint soon.
