This Hypro D403 BlueFlex Diaphragm and Valve Repair Kit is the most complete kit available for the Hypro D403 Diaphragm Pump, as it includes the diaphragms, valves, and o-rings.
If the oil in the sight glass has a milky grey color or if oil comes out the discharge port, this usually means one or more of the diaphragms have split. Replace the diaphragms immediately if this is the case. Running your pump with torn diaphragms can cause extensive damage to the pump. Ideally, if your pump is in constant use, diaphragms should be replaced every 3 months or 500 hours, while valves and o-rings should be replaced every 6 months or 1000 hours.
