Excellent replacement latch and so easy to install just remember the spring goes on the short leg and just snaps right in. I ordered me an extra to keep in the console. Watch the Excellent YouTube video to install it if you get confused about the spring.

Watch a 1 minute Youtube video prior to installing and you're good.Make sure the latch handle is facing out.You put the spring on the long side with the hook around the leg of the latch.Slide the long side/spring into the hole at an angle, then pop in the other slanted side.Test operation and you're done. Simple, efficient, and the color matches fine.
