The ball and mount are fine. Seems hefty and will work fine. My issue is that they've covered nearly every surface with the stickiest stickers they could find. Maybe this is like the mattress tags and they're required to. But it's going to take half an hour of peeling, scraping, and wiping down with solvent to clean this up. It seems unnecessarily frustrating. This info could be on a piece of paper attached via a zip tie or something. Ugh.
