I already have two good roasting pans (with lids), but they are not always large enough for the birds I want to roast. This is a good size. It seems to be made with a non-stick coating, and comes with a thick wire tray to keep the bird elevated from the pan itself, and to lift it to the cutting board. Of course, you still have to get it off the wire tray and onto the cutting board, but that's another issue.When I washed it, the handles shed black stuff all over my hands. I 'm not sure what that is.I really wish it came with a compatible lid, as most smaller roasting pans do. The first time I used it, I had to cover the bird with a couple sheets of aluminum foil. The next time, I'll use a roasting bag with it.

Took a chance and glad I did. The pan is heavy duty and cleaned up easily. Would recommend.

Love it!. It's very sturdy and works great. I normally use those tin disposable pans for turkey but they get so flimsy. This last thanksgiving the pan got a lil dent I guess and the juices were overflowing! We had to empty it a bit to make it work. My son pulls it out the oven for me since it's so flimsy. Used this for Christmas and loved it. I easily transferred it from the fridge to the oven and my son took it out no problem. Very happy with my purchase and am looking forward to cooking with it more often.

Just the right size for a 19 lb turkey. Cooked evenly! East to take out of oven with handles and very easy to clean!!!

Fits on oven. Easy clean. Holds 26 lb turkey. Good finish. Not heavy. Sturdy. Well packaged. Excellent pan.

This is the sturdiest roasting rack I have used in my whole lifetime!The design is simple, yet amazingly strong, making it easy to lift a large turkey or ham, without fear of dropping anything.The finish makes cleanup very simple.I give this roasting rack 10 STARS!

I needed a quick and good quality roaster for a friendsgiving party, and this came the next day in time! It so far has held up well, and helped my turkey come out beautifully. Very easy to clean and set up.
