This is a nice roasting pan set. It can be used for a turkey, ham, ribs, dressing, chicken, roast, and so many other foods. This set comes with a pan, a lid, and a roasting rack. There are handles on both ends of each pan as well as the rack. The pans are heavy duty, the same as other roasting pans of this type. There are deep scratches on the pan, resulting in the porcelain enamel coating missing and the metal showing through. With these scratches, the carbon steel pan will rust in time, even when properly seasoned. On my pan, the scratches are on the top edge of the pan where food does not make contact. Other than that, I really appreciate that this set comes with a roasting rack and a lid that fits. It's usually hard to find a complete 3-piece roasting pan set of this type. The lid can also be used as a pan in the case that 2 pans are needed at the same time.

I cooked a 22lb turkey for Thanksgiving in this roasting pan. If this pan was non-stick, I would have given it a 5-star rating. But the pan served it's purpose and my turkey came out great!

Much lighter in weight than I expected (thankfully) and the quality is there. Will hold up to a 25 lb turkey which is good to know. I gave it a good wash and baked empty in the oven for 15 minutes to burn off any unexpected toxins and have noticed no smell or smoke. Although the price point is higher than I'd like it to be, given our current economy, l'm not shocked. A powdered coating is much healthier to roast with than the cheap, disposable aluminum alternatives. This three part roaster is a welcome addition to my intentionally healthier kitchen and a solid investment. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a stainless steel roasting pan, but the prices are so high for this size pan. I opted for this one, and it has a nice stainless steel roasting rack with it. I also like the fact that the lid has the handles on the side, instead of the top, so you can use the lid to bake or roast additional options. I have had an enamel roasting pan in the past, so I know that they will chip easily when bumped or dropped, so keep that in mind. I think it's really nice, and will do the job, so I highly recommend it.

I have a large family. Hubby, myself and 4 kids. Add in the fact that 3 of the 4 are in college, and have significant others, plus their friends, when I host dinners, it's upwards of 20 people, easily. So I definitely need to have larger pans on hand for these events. This roasting pan suits my needs. It comes with a metal rack, which helps more than I ever thought it would. Holds my huge turkey with room to spare. The lid fits on well. Easy enough to clean (I hate non-stick pans BC of the health risks, so it's nice this pan is easy clean). Highly recommended!!!! Well worth the cost! I see it lasting for many years to come!!!
