Sponge bike grips installation tips
Do not install the sponge handle grips directly on the bike handlebar. Before installation, you must soak it in hot water , Then spray some water on the handlebars ，and you can easily put it on the handlebar.

These tubes can be cut to size to fit most applications. I used them for to go over my stock grips on my Honda Goldwing and they went on fairly easily with Windex.

Comfortable and easy to install. I only wish they were maybe twice as long, so more of my handlebars were foam padded. So I’m thinking of getting another set to accomplish that treatment by doubling them up.

Just installed these Rock BROS bike handle grips, and the experience was fantastic! The installation was a breeze, and the grips feel incredible to ride with. They’re super soft and squishy, providing great comfort during my rides. The foam absorbs some sweat and gives a nice cushion, making it a pleasure to hold. For the price, you can’t beat the quality. Foam grips are so comfortable but don't last. These suffer the same issues. I really dug these on the bottom half of my H Bars. Really soft and comfy and left plenty of room for my brakes and shifters. I have bought another set to go on the horns of a commuter build, I love them there too. They go on easy, have a tendency to spin a bit and absorb a bit of sweat. They tend to get dinged up pretty quickly but last well enough for the $10 investment.

I bought these for my 6 year old child's bike. The grips are so soft he can squeeze the grips flat to the bar, when he get's off the bike you can see his handprint still pressed into the foam. That's what these are, foam. Think of your kitchen sponge but with smaller pores and just as soft, I'm pretty sure a kitchen sponge is more durable.*EditAfter posting my review Rock Bros reached out with an apology and offered a full refund. I was surely passed a refund window so that was commendable and generous of them. But I still stand by the review of these being very thin memory foam that are not suitable for grips if a 6 year old child's grip can flatten them against the bars therefore negating any cushion/shock absorption.

Like these grips a lot. They could be a bit thicker but still very comfortable. Installed quickly and trimmed to fit. Very happy with the purchase.
