RockSport Steering Stabilizer
The ROCKSPORT TJ Steering Stabilizer is specifically tuned for Jeep applications and will reduce bump-steer and vibration better than the OE factory part. Designed for the rigors of a lifted Jeep that is equipped with over sized off-road tires, the ROCKSPORT STEERING STABILIZER is a fantastic upgrade for Jeeps that stay on the road or go all out when off-roading. This will reduce the damaging vibration that shortens the life of ball joints, bushings, and other front end components.

Seems like a high-quality product and an upgrade over the 20-year-old factory steering stabilizer. It’s fairly easy to install once I got the factory steering stabilizer out.

Had a death wobble issue starting. Turns out the sway bar link was broken where it attached to axle tube. Also had a bent tie rod end at that same area, replaced the drag link and tie rod. Replaced by worn out 33" tires and put on aluminum rims , the steel rims might have had slight bends in them from off-roading. All this seemed to fix the death wobble issue. Then replaced the steering stabilizer so hard to tell how much this helped but it was more heavy duty the the previous one, so I would say it was a good thing. Hardware and bushing at draglink was included, bolt and nut on the axle side reused the existing hardware. Easy install.

Can not rave enough about this beauty. Just put a 3 inch lift with new 33" KO2s in my 04 TJ. Had the entire suspension aligned and the wheels balanced and could not get the death wobble at 50 mph to stop. Literal bolted this bad boy on in 20 min and took off for a shake out drive. Wobble was just gone. Got up to 75 mph on the highway for a good 10 min without even a hint. Amazing.

This was very easy to install even for someone with limited mechanical experience. Instructions would have been nice but still pretty easy and helped the handling.

It was exactly what I needed !!!! No more wheel wobble when hitting bumps in the road ! Couldn’t be more pleased! Also the decals that came with it are pretty cool too ! I put them on my jeep to promote a good product!

This stabilizer shock is really well built, way beefier than the rough country it replaced. The customer service was awesome, with almost instant communications. The tech department answered all my questions and concerns, and had the specs I needed. But they do need to update the installation instructions, and include a copy in the box. I will definitely recommend this company to my jeepin' buddies.
