This chair is solid and well constructed. The wheels are nylon and very smooth rolling on solid floor. The controls are well placed and function as expected. The only downside is at its overall height it's feels unstable, but that's too high to be useful anyway. To improve this chair. I suggest letting it be lower and not extend so high allowing the center of gravity to feel scary.

I fractured my knee so I needed something for work since I’m a pharmacist. The chair is amazing my only issue was getting up when it was high up and since I’m not the smallest woman, it didn’t like to go high when I was sitting on it. Very durable and worth the price

I consider this stool to be dangerous. The descriptions boast of roller-skating casters that make the stool roll easily. It does -- TOO easily. It's almost impossible to get on without it trying to roll away from you. Yes, two of the wheels have brakes that you turn on and off with your feet, but the brake levers are small and hard to get to with normal shoes. And having two of the five wheels braked isn't really enough to prevent scooting. Even if the brakes *did* work, if to make the chair useful they have to be on, why have wheels in the first place? Anyway, I have already assembled the darn thing and cut up the box for recycling. I'm going to see if Amazon will let me return it without having to take it all apart again, find a box etc.

This is a very STURDY chair! I don't do any form of drafting, so I can't speak to it from that use, but it's perfect for use with my standing desk. Rather than use the motor to lift and lower the desk, it's easier to use a taller chair, and this chair is phenomenal. The backrest is adjustable, and I have it set for the perfect lumbar support. The seat is well-cushioned without being "squishy." I'm less than 150 pounds, but I can see this being sturdy enough to support the advertised 400 pounds. If anything, it's a little too comfortable! I find myself not want to stand because this chair is so nice.Assembly is straightforward, though I did have a bit of a struggle with getting the casters deep enough into the base. Keep at it; they do go all the way in! The rest of the chair was a breeze to assemble and the instructions are easy to follow.I love the wheels, too! They look like rollerblade wheels and they're clear, so I have no worries about them leaving marks on my nearly-white tile floors. And the chair rolls around so easily! Comfortable, attractive, practical. Truly worth the advertised price.
