We love the rolling chair, but the holes predrilled for the back support did not line up with the bottom of the chair. We were only able to use two of the three bolts because the last one was predrilled so far off. It would require a drill press to redrill a new hole that lines up correctly. We kept the chair but are concerned the lack of the third bolt will weaken the back support.

I've had a number of shop stools over the years and this is by far the best I've ever owned. It rolls so effortlessly that it fells more like your gliding on air.
