This jacket is made for women and being marketed to men. The zipper is on the left size which makes it for women. If that doesn't bother you then it is OK. However, after a lifetime on using zippers on the right side a zipper on the left does not work for me. So this is now a nice jacket for my wife. Nothing wrong with that. Just not what I expected.

The shape and function are excellent, and I am satisfied with it, so I would like to recommend it to many people. If I were a little greedy, I would have put a little more effort into the hat.

This is fairly lightweight and comfortable. The lining (synthetic but intended to be silk-like) keeps this from being as "clammy" on your skin as some waterproof shells that lack such lining. There are some odd design choices here, though. For instance, the rain flap/cover for the main zipper has no velcro closures and can only be secured by two buttons -- one at the very bottom and one at the very top. This means that to get a decent rain seal over the zipper, you always need to have the front of the jacket buttoned at the very top. This is awkward. Also, there's no internal drawstring to make adjustments to the fit around the waist -- something I'm accustomed to having in rain gear. All told, it's an okay rain jacket for a relatively low price.

This is a great functioning rain jacket. Although described as lightweight, I don't feel that it is as lightweight as other rain jackets. This is also a great fall/spring jacket. It has an inner lining that provides a warm cozy feel.

This is a great 3 season windbreaker/raincoat. It is lightweight, water repellent, keeps me warm, dry and looks great whether I wear it around town or out in the woods. I like the removable hood, the hidden zipper design and the large interior pocket is a plus.

I needed a light and compact rain coat that I could add to my luggage for trips and this worked out really well.It has light fabric, but not thin if that makes sense. I own some Columbia rain coats and I would put it on par with theirs as far as waterproof ability and overall construction. The hood is removable which adds some versatility. It packs down nice and light and does not take up a huge amount of room, unlike my Columbia coats.Overall this is exactly what I was looking for and happy with the fit, construction and use case that I hand in mind.

I was surprised at how much I liked this rain jacket. It's described as lightweight, but with the outer shell and inner lining, it's not as lightweight as you might expect. The outer shell does a great job at repelling water. I haven't put it through hours of constant rain, but I wouldn't be surprised if it remained waterproof then entire time.Bottom line, I'm totally happy with it. It's comfortable, nice looking and super-functional. I really like the outer pocket, the inside pocket and the hood. Zero complaints or issues!Oops - almost forget. The zipper zips from the left, not the right side. This is common for women's clothing and clothing from other countries. As a guy, it's not what I'm used to and I don't like it, but it's also not a big enough deal to not wear it.
