My 10 year old daughter loves her new piano. It looks and plays amazing. You will need 2 people to put together though.

Took us a while to open the box after it shipped and now that we have, realized there’s parts in side that are broken. Not what I expected from something this expensive. Disappointed.Update:Put it together and visually broken as well, very cheap materiel can’t believe we spent $800 on this. Warranty is a joke and Amazon not helping since it was a day after the 30 return day mark that we reached out to them. Save yourself time and money, get a piano from someone else on Amazon.

I was a professional pianist for years. I don't really do that anymore, however, still love to play now and then at home, write music occasionally, and teach voice and piano once in a while. My old digital piano was a 20 year old Yamaha and was starting to break beyond repair. I bought this FULLY UNDERSTANDING that it would not be comparable to a Yamaha, sound or feel wise. I wanted something that looked like a real piano and was just praying the the sound and feel was good enough not to drive me crazy. Honestly, it's totally fine. It's not amazing or incredible, but it's absolutely fine for the price and looks beautiful and completely fulfills my needs. In a perfect world, the piano sound could be a bit more real, better reverb, and the keys a bit heavier. So if you are looking for that kind of quality, I'd recommend going with a known brand, paying at least $1,200, and not expecting it to be quite as pretty of a piece of furniture. But the quality of sound is absolutely sufficient for my current needs, as is the feel, and again, it looks beautiful. If you are not a professional musician, then it should be more than enough!Assembly was easy, packaging fine, definitely takes two people to get it inside. I wanted something under $1,000 that looked like a sleek beautiful piano, and I got it!

I must say that the piano looks a lot better in terms of the ones you can get for the same price and it still has a decent sound. But, I wouldn’t say it’s the best. I wouldn’t compare it to other more expensive ones but it has many accessories included. The keys are waited, but not as much as I wanted them to be, since I’m used to acoustic pianos and I would like them to be heavier, but they are sort of like medium weighted in my opinion. Great for most players.Unfortunately, mines arrived with a small scuff of damage at the base, but it is in an area that once I assembled it, I almost don’t even notice it. This is why I gave it a 4 stars.Assembly was actually easy and I didn’t need to read the instructions because it was easy to understand where everything was supposed to go, but it does have instructions for those who may need it.I bought this to be used connected to a computer so that I can compose the music with it rather than as a performing piano. If you are a professional, and you are picky about Piano sound quality out the box, then you may want to continue to explore more options. For most people, this has a very decent sound and it’s better than cheap keyboards out there. I really like the way this Piano looks and the fact that I can use it with a computer to compose music is a plus for me. It can be used both as a performing piano, and as a composing piano. overall I’m very pleased with this purchase.
