This is a pretty formless, LARGE parka. I usually wear Men's Large, and ordered a Medium. It feels at least one size to big, still, but I'm OK with that. This seems reasonably well made, and is SUPER warm. I took the dog out for a walk this morning with a 5° wind chill. I zipped the snorkel, and was plenty toasty with just a sweater on underneath. That's a win!I ordered the item in black, and I would have preferred an orange interior, for aesthetics, but the black lining is fine.

I have lived in cold Minnesota for decades and tried many parkas . The most expensive ones I have owned were heavy and did not provide face protection from the cold wind. Nine years ago I would a green version of this parka and it proved to be lightweight, quite warm and it also provided great face protection from the cold northern winds up here. The price is also well below that of more expensive parkas that offer inferior protection. After nine years, the zipper handle on my green one busted in half and now I have a blue one which I think has a nicer appearance. This is THE parka to buy for northern climates. It costs less than most, protects your body and face well and is very light to wear. Don't waste you money on more expensive parkas as I did over the years.

yo tuve una famosa coreana de los años 80 y esta no es igual. HAce 10 años compré otra en una tienda de ropa militar y tampoco es igual que la de los 80, de todas maneras esta de hace 10 años era mejor que la de ahoraEsta parece una imitación. No está mal, pero ya la capucha no es tan buena, no queda bien ceñida como antaño que te metías la cremallera e iba la cabez embutida ahí en la capucha ya podía llover a mares que a ti te daba igual. La capucha esta no es tan grande ni se ajusta tan bien. Luego el abrigo es más corto y ademas los bolsillos son cutres parece como si se fueran a romper. De todos modos por el precio no esta tan mal

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. This jacket is everything the description says and more. I ordered this 1 week ago in anticipation of the winter weather. We just moved from Florida to Idaho and I didn't have a proper winter jacket. Last night it dumped on us 8-10 inches of snow and I woke up to my car covered and snow everywhere. I had to take the dogs out, I had to get the snow and ice off the cars and I had to scrape the windshields. I was outside a good hour or more cuz I couldn't get the dogs inside they were having so much fun and I was so nice and warm it was great and I only had on a t-shirt under it. I know this jacket will keep me warm through the entire winter. It's great to know I was able to get a winter coat for such little money. I took pictures of the jacket as soon as I unpacked it because none of the things other people posted is true. The jacket comes packaged and sealed, the buttons are nice and secure sewn properly, the zipper is a heavy duty brass zipper that zips up and down smoothly, the zipper ends have leather pulls. Everything is as it should be and it fits as expected. I ordered down a size and it's just right. A little roomy where it should be so you can layer underneath and still move without feeling bulky.I would highly recommend it, I'm even thinking about ordering another one in a different color just to have a change. You can't go wrong with this jacket.

9/20に注文をして、9/22に届きました。とても迅速対応していただき感謝しています。サイズは皆様が仰る通り大きめですね。通常XLサイズを着用しておりますが、今回Lサイズで注文致しました。しかし、大きいです。サイズ感でいえば、Mサイズで良かったのかな、なんて思いましたが…撮影用に購入致しましたので逆に良かったと思います。元来、N-3Bは日本に上陸した頃から着用していますので、ボタンが取れるとかはどのメーカーを着用しても同じなので、本格着用する前に補強縫いをするのが当たり前なので気になりません。重さは、極めて軽いのでその部分もとても助かります。私の住んでいる地域は、東北の方が訪れても全く違う寒さで、とても寒いと仰るような地域です。気付かぬ内にドンドンと体力を奪われていくというようなところです。撮影は、勿論屋外で数時間待ちになることもあるので、この軽さと暖かさと大きさはとても助かります。今回、とても良い買い物をさせて頂きました。ありがとうございます。在庫が、各サイズ１着ずつしか無いとの事で…とても、難しいお話かもと存じますが、出来れば何着も在庫が在れば良いかな？と思いました。友達へのプレゼント等にも役立つと感じました。

So I got mine today and man I love it! I was not disappointed at all. I read that they do run large but I took a shot at getting my usual size. I am 6'3" and 200 pounds so I normally wear an extra large. I was tempted to buy a large but I am glad I did not. They do run large but in the right spot which is the body. While there is plenty of room for a bulky sweater , the arm length is perfect. I think if I got the large size the fit would be fine but I think the sleeves would be too short for me. So the extra large is perfect for me. It is very well made and has lots of pockets. But I can see wearing this right now and not waiting for the freezing weather because it is not over stuffed. It is perfect and I don't feel like I am going to die from over heating. But don't get me wrong, you put on a sweater under this and you have your winter coat. I like that it's not too heavy and I can layer if I want. So all in all I give this a perfect score. I am very happy with it and it's a great price.

This LOOKS like the old Air Force Parka, but it ain't. Far thinner, lighter and not nearly as warm. Buttons are poorly sewn, see other reviews, they do run large, order a size down. This is fine for layering, they run large so that's not a problem. It is an ok light weight coat, but it is not even close to the original military issue made for subzero weather. Shell is 100% Nylon, Lining 100% Polyester, Interlining 100% Synthetic Fiber, Synthetic Fur Trimming...and labeled Dry Clean ONLY. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone dealing with extreme cold weather or that wants a Parka like the AF issued.

I was taking a 2 week trip to Alaska to photograph the Northern Lights. This mean I was out every night from 10:00 pm to 3 AM. Never had any cold issues. During that time it went as low as 32 below. Yes I had layers under the jacket, but a lot less than I thought I would need. On w couple of very windy days the hood was great. Out in the extreme cold the jacket sounds like it is going to rip or crack, but it never did. I found out this is common to this type of material. Also, this price waas great for this type of jacket.The only things that I found need improvement are the buttons. I re-sewed them as they were not on tight and the zipper has large teeth and needed to be lubricated -- just use a candle and it worked fine ven in the cold.
