Initially I thought it was very small, but it’s a bigger case. Big enough to be hard to cover with a shirt. But, it’s a very strong case, and it holds the narcan firmly. So, it’s a great case and it keeps your sprayer protected, but it’s a little bigger than you think. 8/10

Got it for my husband who is an EMT. We both feel better about him having Narcan on his belt for him just incase he's exposed. Almost lost a colleague that way. Initially though it was a but bulky, but the package fits perfectly and it hasn't interfered with his duties. Working on getting one for everyone on crew.

Honestly, I wasn’t paying much attention when I ordered this as I was expecting there to be narcan in the pouch that can be added to your first aid kit.Unfortunately, there is not any narcan. This is just a cool case for the narcan you eventually buy. So if you purchase this, make sure you also take a trip to your local supply office.The case itself is high quality and seems sturdy enough. Good value.

Fits my duty belt perfectly. Holds a single dose of Narcan in a fairly stiff pouch so the Narcan won’t get damaged before you need to use it.

I like how well the Narcan nasal spray fits in it. Better to have on my belt at the ready than to run back to the cruiser to get out of my duty bag. I don’t like that it is made in communist China.

I have this on my duty belt it’s still holding up great had mine for a year and the narcan still good inside especially when my belt being thrown around
