I had the band fall off the boot and RC swapped it out no problem. Great job guys.

So far, I like the axles very much but the axle boots are made from an inferior material or a material that is not acceptable for axle boots. I have been through three sets of axle boot replacements upon inspection before installation. There are tool marks and little holes all over the inside of these boots I have attached all pictures necessary for anybody to see I have contacted rough country via email phone and text. I have not seen a reply in over a month about this issue. I have spent around $150 between my labor and grease on a $17 boot replacement kit boots are trash do not buy.

Axles fit fine EXCEPT the boot bands are a different style than stock. Both outer bands rubbed the control arm bad enough to twist up. The inner band on the driver side rubbed the transmission output housing for driveshaft. Also twisted the boot. Take a hammer and flatten the band clasp before installing and you should be fine. 2020 1000xp trail and rock.

They are thicker than stock but the clips holding the boots on are too tall resulting in the clip rubbing the transmission case and knuckle. One of the clips has already broken and now I have to find my own way of securing it. Don’t recommend these axles until they fix this problem
