A bowed coil spring can rub against the track-bar bracket or other components. Utilizing a correction shim keeps the coil straight, thus prolonging the life of the coil itself as well as giving a more pleasurable driving experience.

My TJ was sagging on the right hand side after installing a 2.5” lift. Turns out the new rear springs had a bow because the spring mounting plates were not aligned correctly after installing lift. These alignment correction mounts straighten the springs properly but they will increase the height of the rear end by a couple of inches so get ready to buy some 1.75 inch levelling spacers for the front to even it out. Trust me.

These help with the angle of the rear coils. Probably the next best thing to cutting and rewelding the upper coil cups. One thing you should know if buying these is that it will raise the rear end about an inch. So consider leveling the front.

They should state that these correction plates will raise the rear end of your jeep ~1.5-2”. They do correct the angle of the springs and installing them is much easier than cutting off the brackets an welding them back on…

Pretty good product, does add quite a bit of lift. I would say that the ride is better. Good quality. And install of the part itself is pretty easy once you get the spring out.

This product has been designed and built with accuracy with substantial materials. Instructions are clear and concise for installation with the exception of disconnecting the sway and track bars which significantly improved installation. As commented on another post, a cap for the bump stop is a must. I added these caps to eliminate the destruction of the bump stop rubbers.

These worked great! Gave the rear end about an 1.5" of lift. BTW if you have looked at pics of these installed they do not go on the upper spring mount, they go on the bottom. Easy to read instructions and Very easy to install!

These work well to straighten out your rear spring a considerable amount. The only drawback is the large hole in the top where the bumpstop hits during spring compression. In my humble opinion they should have welded the top over and advised that it increases your bump stop height. I don't think the typical bumpstop will fit perfectly into the hole, but will hit the edges and tear up your bump stop. In my case I have a 4" lift and I cut my upper bump stop the same dimension as the increased height of the adjuster the filled in the hole on the correction plate.

Very good quality. Instructions are straight forward and very easy to folollow. Requires you to drill a 13/32 hole in your coil bucket. The hardest part was getting the coil out. The easiest way to remove the coil is to disconnect the shock absorber and put a Jack under the opposite side. As you Jack up the opposite side, the side that you are working on will drop. Coil reinstallation is also tough. I ended up VERY CAREFULLY compressing the coil with a vice and using wire to hold it down. Good luck!
