Very heavy plate as it should be but terrible hole placement. The 4 holes to the sway bar mounts are not accurate or properly oversized for tolerance stack up. I had to increase the hole size on the bottom two. The winch mount holes are too far forward. There is not enough room for a socket to get over the head of the bolt as they are too close the bumper tube and in fact so close that the bolt head can't pass by without fiddling. Order of operation can't really be done by mounting winch first as with the weight, odd angle, and clearances, along with the poor mount holes to the frame, it can't be done. I completely loosened the 4 mount bolts and pry bared the plate upward from the bumper to get the front two winch bolts by then had to use an open end wrench. All the designer had to do was slide the winch hole pattern back 1/4".

Fits perfect on my 2024 Teryx. Gets the winch up high enough to keep it out of the water and mud. Had to drill new holes for the fairlead,but the winch holes lined up perfect. Highly recommend.
