The Komestone gemstone rocks that came with my rock tumbler kit were actually semi precious gemstones. What a surprise! I had my own rock collection which I intended to tumble in the tumbler, I expected to toss the rocks they included. But to my surprise there was a very nice selection of various sizes and types and colors. Well done!

Basically get what’s in the picture. Nice size chunks. Get super slick after a few weeks in the tumbler. I’m no geologist, but I don’t think every rock is a crystal, but they are still nice rocks and look real nice tumbled. Will buy again.
