This product does not adhere well to the fireplace brick. It started lifting less than 12 hours after I put it on. Don’t buy this product if this is what you’re intending to use it for.

We lined our fireplace ledge with this and it worked great! It was the perfect amount for the area we needed and it sticks really well. It was easy to install.

It is a great size for putting on stuff for safety for baby. It would have been nice had it fully stuck to my fireplace, and it didn’t which is why I gave it four stars. Pretty easy to install. The wideness of the safety strip was nice. Most are not as wide.

Looks nice but does not attach to brick very well. I am applying different types of double sided tape to keep areas down but they just keep popping up. Avoid if applying to brick.

We have a metal bed frame that sticks out a bit, so I put this around it. This is a little wider than child-proofing foam that we had before, and I prefer this wider style. It's been on my bed for about a month and a half now, with a little kid climbing on it, me changing sheets around it, and it is still sticking perfectly.The middle of this has a wider swath of flexible area, so you can use it on an edge that isn't quite a sharp 90 degrees. This would be good for mantles or similar places where the edge of the mantle might be a little rounded or thick.I would buy this again, and would recommend it to my friends.
