It was kind of hard to figure out exactly what this item was from the description, but based on the price I figured it was just the reed guard, and that is true. It is ONE reed guard (why does the picture show 4?) and it seems to fit my 15- or 20-year old Rovner ligature. The "CAP1" in the item name refers to the fact that it is a Rovner Type 1 cap. They have a chart that shows what caps go with what ligature models, but I had no model number on my ligature.
