Had 4 years now and getting problems. It is nice over all when it works. But I get errors when the time isn't just right. It builds up algae in the tray from it not being super cold inside. Hard to clean. Right now it over heated because someone closed the cabinet door and now it won't come back on. Gonna try to unplug it see if it resets. But annoying. But since I don't know any better machines out there that don't gum up so often this may be best it gets.

So far works great. Hope that it will continue to make plenty of ice for years to come. Wish it came with a filter as one is needed. Also mine did not come with any bags?

We purchased in August 2019 for an outdoor kitchen area, and didn't open it or us it until months later due to cold weather. In 2020. Once we went to use it, it lasted about 2 months , before it started to throw codes for low freon, and than would stop making ice. The company would not replace/return it for refund. Sadly, there are several bad reviews about this product. Wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

I bought this for our bar and restaurant because of the price and size. It keeps up pretty good and fits nicely under the bar. When we expand we plan on buying another machine to put at the other drink mixing station. Great value considering a larger machine would cost 4 times the price. Also by using multiple ones of these if one breaks down we aren't completely out of ice.

This was so easy to setup and the function of producing ice has by far surpassed my expectations. I built a stand so the drain would not hold water and give it a better flow rate vs it being on the ground. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We liked that it doesn't generate much heat and for its size it keeps our espresso shop with plenty of ice for all of our cold drinks. It also is very quite and so far has been trouble free. There was no manual shipped with the unit but it wasn't that hard to figure out, but still it would of been nice to have a manual for trouble shooting when the need arises.

we use this machine to provide us ice every weekend, whether we are hunting or fishing. It's small enough and produces enough ice for our usage. The only issue, which really isn't an issue, is the ice when it falls does not break, but that's really not that big of a deal. We love our machine and could not be happier with it. I'd highly suggest it.
