Height is measured by slant height from top to bottom of the lampshades’ front face.

The durable, yet refined Shallow Drum Hardback Lamp Shade features a clean aesthetic sure to suit a wide array of lamp styles and finishes. Royal Designs Hardback lampshades feature a polished brass finish spider fitter guaranteed to complement a variety of light fixtures. The high-quality metal frame means your shade can withstand the elements of time.
Features:
- Washer: Brass finish spider fitter with V-Notch fitter for use with 6″ or 8″ reflector bowl
- Frame: Heavy grade rust resistant metal frame
- Bulb: Suggested maximum wattage 150-Watt
- Trim: Shade has a rolled edge requiring no trim
- Fabric: All fabrics used in making hardback lamp shades are laminated to polystyrene. Polystyrene is the white plastic material which lines all fabric hardback shades

These are lovely. They work perfectly for our moody vibe. They are a bit thin so I lined the side that faces out with a sheet of foil; otherwise, the light bulb was visible. It was an easy fix for me, because seeing the lightbulb bothered me. These shades are lovely and a great value. Others similar were $89 each.

The shades that came with this lamp were too small in my opinion. This one is the perfect size for my lamp height. Made well, fabric is nice too.

Ordered Black 17x18x11.5Thick shade with heavy harp. Not flimsy.Can’t see the light bulb through it when it’s on.Subtle gold lining. Not a bright shiny gold.Outside fabric has a little sheen to it. Not a shinny, silky look.

I bought these shades for a pair of vintage atomic lamps. The shipping packaging is well-done! Items arrived safe and in tact. The quality and fit are perfect. The outside fabric of the shade has a nice texture and looks beautiful. I had hoped that the inside lining was a bit more metallic gold with a shine, but it’s a more muted fabric gold. Overall, these are excellent quality and value for the money.

ryI debated on the price but this lampshade elevates the look of entire my living room. It looks really sharp!It did have a very slight bend so, it wasn't perfectly circular but, it was nothing that needed fixing—it was VERY slight—and it is positioned on a curved wall.I have a tri-light + globe bulb and with all the bulbs lit—it does let some light through—but the light it emits—it glows!I have to say every day that I turn it on—I still love it—it makes my room look like I live in the 21st century and have a trust fund! Hehe!I would recommend this to anyone. ♥
