It's a nice grill overall, but just three weeks after having it outdoors (mostly covered), rust has already started forming. Even worse, the starter switch now gives an electric shock when turning on the grill. It's pretty frustrating, especially considering how many hours it took to assemble. Disappointing!

It is very pretty for a grill. It is a turquoise blue and not really "blue" which is what I was hoping for. I put it together by myself, just taking my time. Had a plumber come in to hook it to our gas line, no propane tanks! I have not used it yet so I cannot talk about how it cooks.

Parts? Forget it. I got the red one with the rotisserie burner in the back. I was stupid. Go with black or stainless cause it’s a grill and the paint will not hold up. Fades, gets grease on the sides etc.But getting parts has been the biggest issue. The sear grate (cast iron) came in semi-broke. But it worked. As usual over time the cast iron will rust because it gets so hot and oxidation will not be stopped. I oiled the crap out of my grates and the warming rack. But this was expected. So I did my typical thing and hopped online to get the replacement parts.Nowhere in the universe can you find them. I can find semi’ close third party parts that you either need to cut (cast iron ain’t no fun) or you will have a big gap. I don’t get it. I am experienced at getting parts for everything. But the royal gourmet is impossible. Sad.Cooking ya have to clean the tray all the time cause instead of grease runny to the grease trap it just sits there waiting for you to turn your back so it can flash ignite and burn everything. So you have ti clean it a lot.Of course the striker stopped working second day. But I am not used to having strikers work on any grill.These grills look beautiful I won’t deny. But they will look embarrassing after your first season.

The product is expertly designed and packaged. Really impressive. The many parts are clearly labeled and diagrammed. My only suggestion is that the many diagrams within the instructions should be supplemented with text, to avoid any confusion. Assembly of this unit really requires patience. A few words to go with each diagram would have been very helpful.The deep blue color of the product is really great. Much better than shown in the listing.

Already has a few rusty spots - right out of the box! use the grill and service phone number does not pick up, after many tries.We have family visiting and the boys put the grill together and found ignition switch and tubing behind it missing

The grill itself is absolutely beautiful and thrills me to the core of my being. My drivers Daisy and Sal arrived exactly on time and were wonderfully sweet, friendly and approachable. They set everything up and moved things so they could have room to assemble the grill carefully assembled the grill using the same care and precision that your own children might have. I would definitely use the service again. I think that they are terrific. Additionally, the grill works, which is always the main goal.
