This item was damaged. It is not sewn right or torn where it folds between back and bottom. I can mend it by hand I think, buy should not have to repair a new item. My husband needs it now so cannot send back and wait. And, I will never get it back in the box as it was all rolled up tight.

It's pretty good it could use a little more lumbar support if I understand what lumbar means I think it's down the lower back but it's definitely helping and comfortable

Fits exactly what I needed following a hip replacement and back surgery. I’m 6’3” and it fits me perfectly. I would ask for a strap to hold the back in place but that’s a small issue.

They should have made the head rest part detachable for this reason it kind of sucks. I'll be cutting mine out after using it a week.

I've been wanting to get a pillow cushion for my husband's recliner but could not find one that was high enough to reach his neck. I like that this cushion is thicker memory foam and has a raised middle that fits between the legs. I like that the cover can be removed and cleaned in the washer with ease. I like that the cushion can be moved to any seat and fits comfortably. I also like that it gives new life to a well-worn recliner and feels good as new. My husband is 6'4" and he likes the backing being able to cushion his shoulder and neck that other cushions were not able to do. Overall, great thick seat cushion to support the back and neck.

The product is a bit larger in width (seat) but is comfortable and works for me.
