Tons of rubber bands, pretty colors , but very stretchy not a lot of constriction unless you double or triple twist.

I really like these and the bag is huge enough to last me for the rest of my life! I put a bracelet next to the bag in the photo so you can see how big the bag is.

I now use the rubber bands instead of Scotch tape. The bands come in a plastic bag, I would have liked it better if the bag were a zip lock.
