I use these to keep a supply of distilled water for my CPAP, which I distil with my Amazon distiller, but that is another review. The cap locks closed so water does not spill when used around the house, but not tight enough when when carried in the trunk of a car. (Will not do that again.) They hold a gallon which is a little heavy for me, but with two I can do a half gallon at a time and always have a backup.

Happy over all with the pitchers. Only reason for taking one star off is the lid is difficult to get off when pushed on all the way.

These a a high quality. They are large and very heavy, for me when filled with liquid. wish I could find some, a little smaller. Great for brewing iced tea.

Works great no leaked it’s durable when full to get back in the fridge, I have bought a few I ended up throwing away because of poor quality and leaks ,This is perfect for tea the handle is sturdy when full lid fits great no leaks when pouring, good price for 2 quality gallon pictures

So happy with these. They are sturdy and designed well, with tight fitting lids. When the lids are in place you can rotate to choose a blocked, gated, or open spout. These clean up well. I usually handwash, or just throw in the dishwasher. I like that they are BPA-free. I use these to make drink mixes like kool-aid and sweet tea. The one gallon capacity works very well for my large family. The only con I can think of is they were taller than the shelves in my fridge were set up for. I was able to make them fit with a little rearranging. Great to keep kids hydrated and happy all summer.

Very large, very much one entire gallon. Rotating two of them with different powdered drink mixes in the fridge means there's always a cold, refreshing drink to be had. They're simple, lightweight (when empty) and sturdy. Easy as pie to clean and use (though be careful with the first glass or two). They're an updated (and improved) version of the opaque avocado colored design from the 60s or 70s that mom made iced tea in. When full, keep in mind they'll weigh just over 8.34 lbs (3.78 kg). Too soon to discuss longevity, but see no reason for these not to last a decade (or three) like the originals. Good value. Hand wash them only!
