Although this instrument has the proper amount of power to mix a bucket of mortar or premixed concrete, the gearing needs attention. Perhaps a variable gearing system that matches speed with resistance. The beginning of a mix there’s too much speed and stuff flies. Out of the bucket onto your clothes and rocks waiting to be set.Now when the mix is about at its ideal blend, that resistance matches the power output and a very good mix is achieved. This is just about when the machine can stand vertical in the bucket of mortar/concrete.It’s worth the money and can really make a solo mason’s job much easier.
