Touch up paint pen does not work on vertical surface. Followed directions but now have a mess with sanded paint that I am afraid to go further to fix issue. Website does not work for support. Will have to visit body shop to fix what started out as a scratch. Would not recommend

I tested this out on my husband's car, for his minor scratches on his car. I worked great... couldn't even see the minor scratch that had been there for so long. Now you don't see it like you used to. So the next scratches he gets I'll be using this to touch it up!!

There is a day and night difference from Tesla's Pearl White tri-coat. My car is only a few months old so the original color has not faded.

The paint was to runny and didn’t wanted to stay in the scrach. The color, compared to Tesla white pearl- just similar…It did the job, but it is noticeable.

The kit has basically everything you would need to make the color/scratch fix. You just need a spray bottle with water and a cloth to clean the surfaces beyond what is included in the kit.It's detailed and gives you all the steps you need to fix the scratches, so it goes way beyond a typical 'car paint pen'. The color match isn't perfect and it's still noticeable a bit if you really pay attention, but to most other people, they probably wouldn't notice at all. Also, this is coming from a total amateur so it's very likely that someone with more skill or experience could make everything blend perfectly.If you want it done perfectly and aren't an expert, then the body shop is going to do that, but they'll charge you a TON for it - so this is a way better option for the cost.
