These hinges are barely half the thickness of the factory pieces, the pivot pin rolled boss was not even close to being a “close fit” when compared to stock. Bottom bracket bolted up relatively close but the top bracket was off .250 of an inch and would not even get close to lining up. It was all due to the poor machine work. Rubbish. Spend the extra hundred now and buy factory. Only one that fits correctly.

They are half the thickness and quality of original hinges but can't beat the price. The bolts rust quick.

Not exactly sure if it is the brackets but I cannot get my door to close properly like it did before, iv adjusted all of the hinges for hours and still can't manage to close the doors smoothly

I don’t typically write reviews but I feel in this case it is necessary to help out anyone else who happens to order these items. I ordered , , and . I will be copying this review to each as each part is integral to the story here.First, the windshield hinges come with bushings but the lower door hinges don’t. This isn’t stated anywhere I found and the bushings come as a set of 4 so you will have 2 extra.Next, the bushings don’t fit inside the lower door hinges. I contacted Rugged Ridge and they say they should. I drilled out the inside of the hinge opening with a 7/16 drill bit and they fit fine after that. That leads to the next problem.The pins on the door hinges don’t fit inside the bushings. Again, Rugged Ridge says they should but they don’t. The issue was the powder coating on the pin. I tried using high quality paint stripper that was stated online would work on powder coating but it really had no effect. Since it was just the pin that was the issue we sanded some off and that worked easily. Eventually we just used a pocket knife and scrapped the powder coating off the pin which worked just as well as the sand paper.Once we got through all of that, the parts worked well together and look great. I hope this information helps someone else along the way. I don’t regret buying the products, I just wish I had been able to find all of this information a little easier. Good Luck.

Good replacement hinge for non-metal doors

Cheaply made and the parts don't fit together. The metal is thinner than the factory grade and wasn't strong enough to support the door.
