Brought to experiment with an old Lucas Bicycle Lamp. Will not work with 6V, when attached to a 12V power supply work fine and provided a good bright light.Description on the base of the LED suggest they're good for 6 to 30V.Disappointed at an apparent lack of quality control.

Replaced my incandescent tail lights with these. LEDs Worked great for a few days, then burned out. Went through 2 sets with the same results. Went back to my incandescent bulbs and they worked fine.

I own a 50 Plymouth, the dash bulb socket is a 1156 which holds bulbs size 63, however with the conversion kit ( 6v to 12v) I needed the 12v LEDs, these work great. Also they packed these really well for shipping.

These are advertised as having the single pole BA15S bases but actually have the BAY15D bases. If your socket needed BA15S, the single pole style, these will not work.

Used these for front turn signal assembly and they function just like any OEM bulb. With 1156 base, these are direct plug-and-play, so installation is simple. These LEDs light up more than the OEM incandescent bulbs, making them more useful. I recommend these LEDs for the application mention herein. Note: For turn signal application, LEDs require a flasher relay unit which is compatible, otherwise the lighting may not work correctly.

These bulbs are nice and bright but may require modification of the circuit to make them work properly. When I first installed these in my 1978 Yamaha DT100E, all four turn signals flashed together regardless of switch position. These lamps are also significantly shorter than the originals, which wasn't problematic for me.
