Looks pretty but didn't last 3 months and was only used a few times. The plastic center hub just fell apart.I would not recommend this one. It is cheap for a reason.

Purchased to replace a starter assembly for an 8 HP Honda engine on a log splitter.Pros: 1) Mounting hardware included, 2) Mounting holes line up perfectly with the engine, 3) Long pull cord, 4) Appearance.Cons: - NoneThe clutch springs had worn out on the original recoil starter for my log splitter. The installation of this replacement item was easy with common hand tools.I have used it for over 100 starts of the log splitter without a problem. I recommend this item to anyone.
