Water drips from the handle.The box came without instructions, warranty information or customer service contact information.The Rumose site on Amazon also lacks contact information.PROSThree function water flow is nice.The pull-out hose, although a bit on the short side, facilitates filling pitchers and rinsing dishes.

I absolutely love it but. It's very light. You have to be very delicate with it. But that's understandable Unfortunately the paint just started chipping around the base after a just a few months .. I should have got the chrome or satin finish

This faucet set came exactly as shown. Worked perfectly and was a piece of cake to install. It is actually a very attractive kitchen faucet. The horizontal spray feature is excellent for rinsing things and for getting a good froth of bubbles from very little dish soap. The jet spray comes out with a really good pressure and rinses the sink with ease and control. I guarantee you will show this off to your visitors.

I fell in love with the look of this faucet the minute I saw it. My old faucett was way past its prime so replacing it with this modern looking sprayer type feels right. The overall look is unique. I installed it myself it was pretty straight forward and it took less than an hour. The matt black finish looks gorgeous and it works great. I am so pleased with the quality. It was packaged nicely and shipping and delivery went fast. In my opinion it is more than worth the price.

This was pretty easy to install. The waterfall/rain fall is so cool. The rotation to the solid water is so easy and solid. The spray is good and strong. Did I mention how cool thus looks?

I love this faucet. I use all of the features daily. Easy to fill pots and water bottles. The Matt black shows no finger prints so it looks nice all the time.

I really like the different functions that it has. It has great power for all three functions, especially the sweep. I personally love the waterfall option. I get tons of compliments on it when people come over about how it looks.Installation was really simple, though, no matter how tight I seem to make it, it always slightly moves so I recommend finding a rubber washer to put on the bottom part to keep it snug. That's what worked for me. Hasn't moved since.
