The ladder is very heavy and seems very strong. It just upgrades my pool! I like that it comes with the escutcheon and the rubber feet to protect the wall! In very excited to use it come spring! It was also very easy to assemble!

Awesome looking and the description is spot on ! However, it's a bit more flexible then the metal one it replaced and it moves up and down the wall about three to four inches when used. This is a bit of a concern because the wall is a vinyl liner and I hope it doesn't wear a hole in the liner! It's already left divots in the pool flooring where the wall transitions to the hopper! A pretty expensive worry; both in the price of the ladder and the potential cost of repairs! Bought it mainly because of the salt water friendly issue.... should have stayed with the SS metal one!

I needed a ladder to replace the one that came with my pool that was sturdy, rustproof, and white. This is an incredible ladder and is great quality. It is well worth the money and I should never need another ladder. It is made out of a plastic type of material that will never rust and the color is part of the material so it will never come off. Unlike the other brand that just paints over their stainless steel ladder which ends up pealing and rusting.

Very good quality - sturdy, with excellent powder coating. High quality, heavy duty steps, wall cups and escutcheons. Had to return because I initially chose the incorrect color. The vendor made the return easy, fast and at no extra charge. I am very pleased with this product.
