I love the simplicity of putting it up. No screws or nails. Just Velcro that adheres to the shade. It is very helpful to keep the light and sun rays from coming in.

The catches on my RV closet snapped, allowing the doors to slam when braking. Couldn’t find them locally, so was happy when they were delivered. Same amounting holes as the original, so easy replacement. Wonderful.

This RV sliding closet door works so much better than our prior replacement which was a rigid plastic and made the door so hard to open. Now glad that it broke, as this one is not that rigid and has enough give that the door is now easy to open. Perfect.

These broke off our 5th Wheel. We went to a dealer and they needed to order them. Went on Amazon, package of 2, delivered next day, priceless!! And now we have an extra. Very happy.

I've replaced these before, and don't expect them to last forever. Yes, they're made of stiff plastic and can be broken easily if care is not taken when opening the sliding glass doors in my RV. I've applied a light grease to the edges that contact the door frames to make the closing action smoother and quieter. This should help reduce wear and tear. But opening (unlatching) is really the problem. I use the fingers of two hands to carefully pry the latch from the door frame, and then gently ease the door away from the latch. If you try to do it all quickly with one hand, you're more likely to brake the latch.

These latches come in a pair - I was initially unsure why, but soon learned. First time my husband opened the closet door, the brand new latch broke, darn. No problem, he swapped it for the second one - I opened the door and it snapped. We are seasoned rvers and love our fifth wheel. We are always careful and we’re so disappointed in the new latches. I will order replacements, but NOT this one.

These are the right piece but broke on our second trip. It's likely that the doors are too big so it's hard to blame the clip.
