If you have ever purchased an RV you know the mattresses suck. We bought a cheap 2", it was awful. We then bought this one, it's more comfortable than my mattress at home in my house! It's worth it.

This mattress has two sides so one is softer than the other. I added this to my hard RV mattress and it made it a lot nicer than without it. Mattress toppers like this help and I have tried several, but overall, if you want a softer RV mattress, it pays to purchase one with a pillow top.
