The stock leather shift knob on my 2006 Toyota X-Runner was coming apart. I got this and it went right on using I believe the 12mm plastic adapter. The carbon finish looks great and feels good in the hand. The knob is considerably lighter than stock and one really nice result is that the reduction in weight at the end of the stick shift has reduced how much the stick shakes in 6th gear at freeway speeds.I do wish the knob was threaded deeper inside so it could screw on farther.. The hole is deep enough to go farther but is only threaded part way. I am getting an M17x1.5 tap to see if I can thread it deeper and get the knob on farther. It would be nice to not have it stick up quite so high and should shake even a little less.

I just needed something to replace the terrible shift knobs Fanatec provides. This alternative was perfect.Fake carbon fiber or not, the pattern is clean. The size of the knob is perfect and feels great in my hand when shifting. Great buy!

You could pay $15 for a cheap 3d printed knob and fitting, or you could pay $15 for this quality piece of work. Base made out of metal for perfect weight, carbon fiber wrap and dipped in a super smooth semi soft enamel or acrylic. Also comes with 3 base fittings, 1 of which fits absolutely perfectly snug on the Logitech shifter stem. Just need a screwdriver to take off the original Logitech knob and that's it . No regrets and so glad I did some extensive searching for the right piece. You can stop your search here and thank me later.

Considering the price, I was pretty impressed. The carbon weave looks decently uniform. It's got the weight similar to a stock civic si knob. The plastic adapter fits snug & doesn't come loose.

The only complaint that I have is that the adapters aren’t threaded on the inside. When installing, you have to use a lot of force to thread the adapter onto the stick.
