Ryobi has hit it out of the park with this one. I have sank 3" deck screws and drilled 1/4" for masonry anchors. The battery life is exceptional and this drill has ample torque for any job around the shop or at home.

There are a whole bunch of One+ 18V Ryobi products to choose from. I already owned a brad-nailer, power staple gun, and 25' drain snake which all perform beautifully. When I decided to hunt for a high quality 1/2" impact capable drill, this model was an obvious choice. Brushless, powerful, slick and professional! Very pleased with it in all aspects.

I've had this Ryobi drill for about 2 years now. This is the best price I've found online for this package and seller shipped quick so no complaints there.Drill has worked reasonably well but I don't think it would hold up to heavy everyday use in a construction environment. Because I've already started to notice the chuck slipping sometimes after 2 years of "weekend warrior' level of use.So if your using this as a home owner and not everyday in the construction field I think it will be fine. Otherwise pay double for a Milwaukee or dewalt

I did not get the bag with the tool. I contacted Amazon and Home Depot. I never did get the bag and that was important to me. The tool works good. But it’s hard to carry to a job with the sockets and bits.

I ordered this drill and it arrived as advertised in seemingly good working condition, however... I found that even though you can register it on Ryobi's web site, Ryobi will not honor the warranty because Amazon is not an authorized seller. They will only honor the warranty if the product (ALL Ryobi products) are purchased via Home Depot, Ryobi or other "authorized" sellers. This means that if it breaks during the warranty period, you are "out of luck".

Heavy Duty drill with great functions and settings. Ergonomics are perfect and balance is right on. I use it with the larger batteries and it will complete jobs with no problem. Seller was great at rendering a solution when I didn't receive the Gear Bag, they immediately sent me the gear bag. Charger works well and charges fast within 30 minutes. Over all it was a great purchase.

This seller is very greedy. I ordered this drill for my husband as a Xmas gift, only to be told he stashed 2 new drills at work. So I simply returned this un-used drill back to them a few days after I received it.. not only did they not mention a 20% restock fee in their return policy, I had to contact them in order to get my refund processed! Then I had to fight to get the hidden 20% restock fee back from them after contacting amazon about it. They then proceeded to issue me a partial credit of the restock fee. So again I had to contact Amazon who then refunded me the rest of my money. Definitely not a company you want to deal with expecially around the holidays!
