The ergonomics of the item are ok, but the weight is not what I ordered. I pull a 35# bow, so I ordered 40# to refine my technique indoors. This item might be 25# or less. It's not as useful as I'd like, so I'm passing it along to someone who might benefit from it. I'm not buying another from this store.

I like the S F Durable Archery Bow Trainer Bands. They're a great way to stretch and warm up your muscles without your bow, so you can use them right before a tournament to get ready for the big shoot. I also found them to be compact enough that I can easily fit them in my bow case, which is a major plus. They're also easy to use, which means I don't waste time trying to figure them out.

I am a short person getting into archery. One of the struggles I have is pulling on my compound bow and aiming for long. I bought these as practice to slowly build strength and it seems to work. Although I will say that they feel a little less than advertised when it comes to poundage. Although it is to improve your archery draw length, with the short loops and long the long loop, you can use it to exercise. It is nice and compact and I use it while working at my desk job. Overall it is an ok product, but not for all.

Works great for stretching out and warming up before shooting. Feels durable and looks well made. You can do a variety of stretches with this and it's just the right resistance.

I got the red one, which should be 30# but somehow feels much easier to draw than my 25# recurve... I'm not sure what to make of this since I'm going by feel and not measurement. No matter the actual poundage, I got this so I could get some practice reps in every day, and this works perfectly for that, so I'm happy about that.

The bands are entirely too long to truly be useful for archery training. I have about a six foot arm span and I cannot get a proper archery draw with these bands and get the rated weight out of them. I had assumed they would be much shorter so that a proper full pull would yield the proper weight. If your goal is to simply pull past a full archery draw and strengthen your arms or do chest flys or maybe attach them to a doorknob you might be able to use them. But do not rely on these to work for good archery training!

It looks like it is built to last, but time will tell. It's advertised is to duplicate the action of pulling a bow. But, one can use it to work multiple muscles from different angles. It's listed as having a 30 lb. draw weight, but it feels like less than that. Hence, I think it is better suited for smaller supporting muscles, like rear deltoids. I also tried using it for seated biceps curls with my foot through one end to hold it down. I reread the explanation on the web page, and everything they say is true, with the possible exception of the 30 lb. draw weight, which I cannot test. I guess I expected it to be more than it is. However, I would suggest they add some sort of spec on the maximum extended length. I am 6’3” with long arms. Consequently, it would not extend long enough for me in some positions. But, since it does what it claims and looks nice, it is a good deal for the price.

This was supposed to be 50 lb trainer and it honestly felt lighter than 10 lbs. Very disappointing. They should have tested the pull strength before selling this item.
