The product was defective. My AC installation and repair tech said to return it. but I wasn't able to because the time ran out...

This was the second board I have ordered and both boards were bad out of the box, first board hadterminals that had been shorted out. On the second board the defrost relay was stuck. could not fix either board and no refund on either board. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

You know, this PCB was an exact replacement, and works like it should but didn't fix my problem. There was a lightning strike near my house that killed power to the house. When power was restored, the AC worked for 5-10min and then died.. Blown fuse. Replacing the fuse worked but then it would blow again after a few minutes. All systems were a go after bypassing this PCB. Naturally, I figured that the lightning strike must have compromised something on this pcb.I ordered and received this pcb four days later and installed it the following weekend. Everything was great for another four days when the same problem came back - Whu??? B/S. Same issue? Same PCB? Bypassed it again and the F***ing thing works!!1wk later - the problem returned (with this pcb bypassed).. Ahhh!!!! When bypassing this PCB the contactor and reverse valve were wired direct through the thermostat and the main 24VAC power (to this pcb) was unused, taped off and hanging - but was responsible for shorting out the system!!Freaking thermostat wires had been rubbing through at the base of the heat pump and shorting out with vibration, intermittently - and completely unrelated to this pcb OR the original power outage due to lightning strike. Co-incidental as F***.. Every time I would troubleshoot this system, those wires would get disturbed and give the impression that it was fixed, until of course they settled through vibration back to their happy place and shorted out again... Maddening.. All of this, as you can imagine, was also coincidentally taking place in the area of 2 AM each time.. Jeez...
