Able to find over the air live channels easily. Bluetooth feature on remote greatly improves the range. Only issue is that it sometimes won’t turn back on without unplugging and restarting.

There are plenty of videos available to help you set up the box. Was pretty quick and easy to set up. Very happy with it so far. There was a problem with losing connection for a few days, however they kept you informed they were working on it. They fixed it and so far no other issues. Tons of channels available.

Please beware that Superbox has done a software update and ALL superbox models are having a major connectivity problem. Suberbox are aware of the problem but seem to be in a hurry to fix it. The box will work for a few minutes but loses the connection to your channel.

The problem is in the upgrade that they sent out. The minute I installed it BlueTV had problems. I didn’t do the upgrade on my other identical boxes and they worked fine, no issues. I thought it was the box that had died. So i it out and moved one of the other boxes to that TV and did the upgrade…..BlueTv then went out on that box also!!!! Something in the Upgrade is causing the issue. I have 2 S3 pro’s and a Superbox Elite Hub (All of these Elite Apps), that the apps no longer work. Just now a basic box. Plus over a dozen of my friends have purchased boxes and multiple boxes and recommended to their friends. Comments i am getting back is what happened and this is a POS. They need to fix and youtubers need to start complaining. I wish all of the youtube reviewers of the superbox product would start posting some negative reviews of the product. If it hits them in the pocket. That might get a quick response from their technicians to fix the problem. Because right now their technical support really sucks. This problem has been going on for over a week.

This thing is everything I was told it would be, thus far. I've only had it for about an hour, and I'm extremely impressed! Found a YouTube setup video, and was up and running in 15 minutes from opening. I haven't had cable or dish in 20+ years, and I don't subscribe to all those stupid apps. But, this thing evades them all, while giving access to pretty much everything. AMAZING!!!!!

This was very easy to install. As people stated time to cut the cord.
