I installed this weeks ago and it still puts out heat as intended. The one that I replaced only lasted a few days. It must have been a lemon, nevertheless this one is still going. Way cheaper than buying a whole new unit.

I found a video on YOUTUBE that showed how to change this heater element in our bath fan. It was so easy to change and worked perfectly when the switch was turned on. I bought a second unit to have on hand if the part fails again. The original lasted about 5 years but they are designed to be fairly light duty. I would reccomend this part and assure anyone that it is supremely easy to change out! A+
