We ordered this for our office coffe maker and have been happy with this purchase. The item was well described on Amazon and met all of our expectations, including a timely delivery!We did purchased a small piece of glass ($15.00) to put on the top to offer protection from minor spills.

I have been trying to get am RMA to return product for the last month and your department refuses to give it to me. I am considering not orderinganything further from this website due to poor service after purchasing.
